Before commencing my company, I prepared myself to gather business knowledge to set up a company. After completing my M.Sc. from the University of Dhaka. I found that huge number of people are unemployed due to unavailability of job sources, upon realizing the impact this could have on the economy of the country. I decided to set up a business for supporting the unemployed people as well as the country. I shared my ideas and views regarding forming a company and the reasoning behind it with my elder brother, Late Abdus Sobahan (Founder Chairman of Noor Sewing & Dyeing Ltd), and he suggested me to set up a Garment Industry as it is one of the easiest ways to help massive number of helpless people. This was the initial journey of Mother Color Limited, now we are a competitive manufacturing and exporting fashion garments working with various leading global brands. We have the capability to offer a comprehensive apparel portfolio with diverse design and cost effective fashion requirements. Given our large in house capacities and efficient manufacturing systems, we are manufacturing 100% AZO free garments apparels. We have been certified by the several compliance & quality authorities such as BSCI, ACCORD, ISO 9001: 2000, OEKO Tex & W.S.T.

Now we are emphasizing to build a sustainable world by reducing our consumption of electricity, natural gas, recycling usage of water following the concept of USGBC. Moreover, we are also using eco friendlier, natural and ecological methods of production. Moreover, being the 1^st vice president of BKMEA I feel like it is my responsibility to ensure all garment factories owners are doing their part to ensure sustainability and consequently leading towards a better tomorrow.
